Leah is beautiful bay mare by Lehnsritter. At 6 years old, she is a narrower 16.3 hands making her a comfortable size for most riders. Although green for her age, Leah is thriving in a consistent training program and progressing quickly. She has three excellent gaits and with further development will undoubtedly excel in any arena. Leah has excellent ground manners, no vices and is a pleasure to work with in all areas. Leah was high scoring mare at the 2011 RPSI Inspection.
Roxanne has the eye of an angel, and the personality to match. She should mature around 17H, and shows aptitude for either dressage or hunters. Could she be your next partner?
Regina is a 16H, 6 year old, bay mare by Riccione (Reggazoni/Arogno/Bolero) out of a Donnerhall/Fabriano mare. Sensitive, yet sensible, Regina would make an excellent ladies or juniors horse. She has a kind, amateur friendly personality, with excellent ground manners. She is schooling some second level dressage movements like walk canter, counter canter, and shoulder-in. Regina's ability over fences and careful nature also make her an interesting hunter prospect.
Regina's Sales Video updated on 12/6/13.
Riccione was one of the most desirable candidates at the 1998 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing, making a strong impression with his gorgeous appearance and extravagant movements. He won riding horse tests and champions' finals with scores of 9.0 or higher. In his Stallion Performance Test he confirmed the expectations of the breeders by scoring the highest for rideability (guest judge score: twice 10.0) and became the Reserve Champion of the test. Riccione won several M-level classes and is trained at Grand Prix level.
He brings interesting and exciting blood through his dam, the State Premium Mare Arosa. She received the top score of 10.0 for rideability from the judges and guest judge riders in her Mare Performance Test. With the extraordinarily beautiful Trakehner, Arogno as sire and the Hanoverian foundation stallion Bolero as dam sire, Arosa carries classical dressage blood. Riccione's sire, our own Regazzoni, was the Champion of the Stallion Performance Test in Münster-Handorf and became Reserve Champion at the 1995 Bundeschampionate.
Riccione's offspring are impressive in type and movement. They are very popular at auctions in Hanover, Westphalia, Bavaria, and more. He has twelve licensed sons just from his first crop of foals; two of which were Reserve Licensing Champions and two reserve 30-day test champions. He also produced several Bundeschampionate finalists and State Premium Mares.
Furthermore, Riccione was highly placed in the NRW Heritability Index for stallions of his year of birth and in the German FN-Breeding Value Index. His statistics and competition results are very impressive for a 10-year old stallion.
Congratulations to Kathleen Richardson!
